Deep Tissue Massage:
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on reaching the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It uses slow, firm pressure and various strokes to alleviate chronic tension, muscle knots, and adhesions. This massage aims to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote overall relaxation.

Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage:

Pre-natal massage is a specialized form of therapeutic bodywork designed exclusively for expectant mothers. With a focus on comfort and relaxation, this gentle and nurturing massage helps relieve the aches, pains, and stress that often accompany pregnancy (must be 13 weeks). Post-natal massage offers much-needed relief and recovery for new mothers in the weeks and months following childbirth. Designed to help the body regain its pre-pregnancy state, it addresses sore muscles, tension, and discomfort resulting from pregnancy and delivery. (Natural delivery- 6 weeks, C-section- 8 weeks after delivery.)

Cupping (Silicone) Massage:
Cupping massage involves the use of silicone cups placed on the skin to create suction. This gentle technique is used to facilitate movement and increase blood flow in targeted areas. It can help alleviate muscle tightness, reduce inflammation, and promote a sense of relief and relaxation.

Swedish Massage:
Swedish massage is one of the most common and well-known massage techniques. It utilizes a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and gentle stretching. This massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension, and enhances circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

TMJ Massage:
TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) massage targets the jaw, face, and neck to alleviate pain and tension associated with temporomandibular joint disorders. It involves gentle techniques to relax the jaw muscles, reduce discomfort, and improve jaw mobility.
